A remarkable memory of the Battle of the Bulge
In order to keep the memory of the Battle of the Bulge alive, the Baugnez 44 Historical Center pictures the last major operations and battles that took place during the Battle of the Bulge! This new museum is dedicated to the Battle of the Bulge and Baugnez / Malmedy bloodbath. It is spread over 850 m2 and divided into 2 floors. It presents a new museology and a scenography of a breathtaking realism. Here, you will discover an exceptional collection that includes multiple unique objects in the world. Authentic material, vehicles, pictures and movies filles with emotion and history dating back to this period, invite you to plunge into the heart of the Battle of the Bulge. You will find no less than 15 reconstructions from a soldier’s life during the Batte of the Bulge, some of which are equipped with a sound and light system. Unique in Belgium!
