Nestled in lush greenery, this architectural ensemble, crowned by two wheel frames, is surrounded by three heaps suitable for walks.
A museum tour devoted to charcoal, steel and glass is available in three locations: Space August 8, 1956, the Museum of Industry and the Museum of Glass.

Take advantage of our multilingual audio guide (French, Dutch, Italian, English) to discover the site with Monica and Luigi, through 30 sights both inside and outside the museum spaces (for € 1 on top of the entrance fee) or be tempted by a walk on our slag heaps laid out as walking paths. With an orientation course you can combine culture and nature.
The Bois du Cazier, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a must for your excursions! Do you have a morning or afternoon (2 hours) to dedicate to us? Guided tours and workshops are required and must be made by post, fax or email (subject to availability).
