Three catering options are available on the Fourneau Saint-Michel site.
At the Estaminet Al Pèle, Marc and Joëlle Champion, famous figures from the Saint-Hubert region, serve you local, simple and authentic dishes. The now famous roast and other omelettes are made from local products. The whole is harmoniously presented in cast iron pans in a frame of warm Ardennes colors.
The inn “L’auberge Prévost” is located in a beautiful building from the 18th century and offers catering or gourmet food, always based on local products. The terroir is sublimated by Philippe in the kitchen, and served with kindness and finesse by Aline and her team.
Finally, in the “Les Tahons” cafeteria, from 1 March to 30 November, you can enjoy local drinks while the children have fun on the playground. Picnicking is only allowed if you order a drink.
