The duo Denicolai & Provoost experiment and reappropriate the codes, spaces and signs of our societies. In this exhibition, they present their recent digital experiments printed on road signs. There is no directional information or geographical indication on the horizon. The signage function of the panels is bypassed by printing abstract drawings. Coloured flat tints, jerky lines and iridescent reflections frolic happily in the silver frames of the panels. As for the title, it sets the tempo, a nod to Franco Battiato's song and to the Italian diaspora in the region: it is the season of love.
