Museum point Emile Verhaeren

The museum point dedicated to Emile VERHAEREN extends on approximately 60 m2. Here numerous excerpts from the work of the poet are presented, as well as bilingual texts (FR-NL) and a series of reproductions of 25 historical documents. You will also discover 13 canvases that bear witness to Verhaeren’s privileged contacts with the avant-garde art and literature of his time, with the neo-impressionist painters (Signac, Seurat, Van Rysselberghe) and the great writers of the turn of the 19th and 20th century century (Rodenbach, Maeterlinck, Zweig, Verlaine, etc.)
