Daily Bul & C° Center
"Bul thinking is not often what one believes. It would be even, if any, the opposite "(Marcel Havrenne).
Located since 2009 in a mansion in the heart of La Louvière, the Daily Bul and C° Center keeps the archives, meticulously collected by Jacqueline and André Balthazar, retracing the intense editorial and event activity of the Daily-Bul.
The primary mission of the Center is to preserve, inventory, host, maintain and enhance the funds and activities of the Daily-Bul and its national and international collaborators. This exceptional heritage makes it possible to dive into the very heart of dailybulesque creation and understand the path leading to specific and always casual editions.
Each year, two to three exhibitions are proposed in connection with the archives, collaborators or themes that revolve around the Bul thought.
Housed in a building dating from 1895, the Center will seduce the visitor with its specific architecture and lush greenery where he can admire some sculptures of Pol Bury in the shade of a centenary ginkgo biloba.
