At the entrance of the museum, a space is dedicated to children. It allows you to discover different aspects of contemporary art in an active and fun way through a theme chosen by the cultural team. This changes several times a year and can have a very direct or rather weak relationship with the current exhibition. The living room is designed to encourage associations and overlapping ideas, to stimulate children’s creativity, imagination, intelligence, curiosity and critical thinking. It is adjacent to a safe garden that is equipped for the little ones.
The Kidskit is designed in such a way that the child can independently approach the works offered at MACS. This is open to children from the age of three and creates links between the child and work while it interacts with those around them. The Kidskit is at the same time, a stool, desk or screen, and contains the Youth guide, measuring instruments, different color charts and an amount of small material to improve the visit to the exhibition!
